AND STRONGLY ENFORCE SAFETY FIRST!

The safety of Maza employees and the general public is equally important therefore we take the necessary precautions to prevent and prepare for all job sites.

Pre-task plans are required on all Maza projects.

Pre-task plans are an informative tool that communicates to the crews what needs to be done and is a continuing reminder to stay focused on the hazards that
are present every day.

Communication is the cornerstone to building a strong safety culture.

Tools like toolbox talks, foremen meetings, pre-task planning sessions and orientations are all ways in which we communicate on the jobsite. The way in which you
communicate potential hazards, expectations and the way in which you perform your job all taught and reinforced during the aforementioned sessions.
